Privacy Policy
Effective August 26, 2026
WIP Fixers is a consulting practice of Todd Harper in The Woodlands / Shenandoah, Texas. This page covers the website at wipfixers.com and contact you send us from it.
What we collect
You choose what to send. If you email or call, we get whatever you put in that message: name, email, phone, company, and the work you want help with.
The site itself has no contact form, no account, and no payment page. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to see which pages are visited. Google receives that page-view data.
Our host (Hostinger) keeps ordinary server logs: IP address, browser type, pages requested, and time. Google Fonts, which the site loads for type, may see the same kind of request data when a page loads.
How we use it
- To answer you and do the work you asked for
- To keep the site running and fix problems
- To meet a legal or accounting duty if one applies
We do not sell personal information. We do not use it for ads.
Who else sees it
Hostinger hosts the site. Google Analytics measures visits. Email and phone providers carry messages you send. We may share information if the law requires it, or with a professional who is helping on your matter under the same duty of care.
Cookies and storage
Google Analytics may set a cookie so it can tell a new visit from a return visit. The host or font service may also set a technical cookie. You can block cookies in the browser. The site will still load.
How long we keep it
Server logs follow the host’s normal rotation. Email and notes from an inquiry stay as long as we need them for the conversation or the engagement, then we drop them when they are no longer useful.
Your choices
Ask us for a copy of what we have on you, a correction, or a deletion. We will do it unless we have to keep a record (for example, an invoice). Email admin@crescentdata.biz or call 832-920-2712.
Children
This site is for business use. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
